We are pleased to announce the addition of Jared Bassett to the ELUS team as our newest Sales Engineer. Jared will be focusing his attention on the Ohio Municipal/Cooperative market and will also be our lead sales engineer for utility accounts in Western Pennsylvania.

Over the past 10 ½ years Jared has worked closely with the Utility industry while employed at Union Metal Corporation, serving as National Utility Sales Manager for the last 3-1/2 years. In this role he was responsible for the management of Union Metal’s steel and aluminum utility pole sales while exceeding 50% sales growth during his time as manager.

Jared earned his bachelor’s degree in 1996 from the Kent State University School of Technology while also receiving a minor in Business Management.

Currently he resides in Newcomerstown, OH with his wife Lori and their two boys, Silas and Garret.

With Jared’s Utility background and experience, we feel his addition to the ELUS team will be very beneficial.
