We are pleased to announce the addition of Brian Miserlian to the ELUS team as our newest Sales
Engineer. Brian will be focusing his attention on growing sales in the Michigan market.

Over the past 11 years Brian has worked as an owner and outside sales person for CSI Utility Sales,
a manufacturer's representative agency based in Michigan. He has extensive experience calling on
investor owned utilities, distributors and public power accounts throughout Michigan. Prior to working
in the utility industry Brian worked as a regional manager for a division of IBM.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Michigan State University in 1995.

Currently, Brian resides in Grand Blanc, Michigan which is north of Detroit with his wife Lisa. They have
three children: Eve (11), Joseph (9) and Maya (7).

With his experience and relationships in the utility industry, we feel Brian's addition to the ELUS team
will be very beneficial.
